Absolutely.....It would not be much of a trial if you could not ride in the saddle. When you trial a saddle with us, you are absolutely expected to ride in it, girth it, play with it, change gullets etc etc etc......Its important you choose the right saddle, you can only do that by riding in it!

Absolutely. When you trial an adjustable saddle with us we supply 3 FREE gullets for you to ascertain the correct width. These gullets can be worth nearly €150.00 depending on the brand of saddle. We provide the medium, medium/wide and wide gullets as standard. These are the widths that are most popular. We ask that if your horse is on the narrow side of medium or the wider side of wide to notify us during or prior to the checkout process and we will adjust the trial gullets accordingly.

You can take as many saddles as you like! We send one saddle per box (but if we can fit 2 saddles in a box we will, to save you return costs). Each returned box shall be subject to the return fee of €30.

Once the saddle is sent we will email a password for your exclusive access to our master saddle fitting resources. Alternatively we can arrange saddle trials offline, simply contact us by email or telephone and we will do all we can for you.

Absolutely nothing if the trial is a success. In fact when the trial is a success you benefit from - A permanently discounted recommended retail price. Free gullets worth up to €149.00 Free delivery which on average costs €30 In the worst case scenario the cost of a failed trial will be no more than a return courier fee and €30 to help towards the trial costs. Please consider these small costs in comparison to buying a saddle that does not fit you or your horse.

Do nothing or let us know how happy you are. ​​​ TRIAL FAIL - Amazing! You have not bought a saddle that is absolutely no good to you! Simply notify us and send the saddle back. Should your trial saddle choice not work out for you OR you wish to return subsequent trial saddles - You must 'notify' us within the 5 day trial period. You can notify us ​- By Email Online message. Or by telephone.​ ​​ Send the saddle back to us within 9 days of the trial end. Once we have received the saddle back we will refund your saddle deposit immediately less €30 per saddle to help towards the trial costs.

The answer is very simple! If you have given a saddle to us to sell on your behalf and then you want it back we will happily return it to you, no problem. However it will be subject to the return fee of €60 and we will need at least 1 weeks notice. Further details can be found in our 'Sell Your Saddle' T&C's

Absolutely - Yes. All of our prices include tax! In fact our prices include your local rate of VAT! Our VAT return is then made back to your local E.U. state - Your money returns to your countries coffers. We pay 26 different VAT rates to 26 different countries without obligation in our best effort to act in the true spirit of the European Union.

Absolutely not! There is never an obligation! - You are entitled to refunds in line with our terms and conditions. We believe if a saddle or accessory does not suit, you should be free to buy again from whom ever you wish - You can only do that with a no hastle, quick refund!

We offer our customers a choice between their countries domestic postal service and DPD couriers. These services are charged at cost price for orders up to €150 Orders over €150 will have the option of FREE domestic or discounted DPD courier services.
