• General returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and returned within 32 days.​
• General Returns must be unused with the original undamaged packing and labels attached.
• The return must be accompanied with the provided return slip.
• Return shipping is to be organised by the purchaser and at their expense.
• Returns can be refunded or exchanged with prior agreement.
• Refunds are only made to the original payment method.​​
• FREE delivery only applies to products that are not returned. See NOTE* below.

NOTE* If an order that qualified for free shipping is returned, then the order total will be refunded less the cost of shipping as per our shipping rates.

If an order is returned 'in part', the refund will reflect the qualifying amounts for free or discounted shipping as per our shipping rates.

To initiate a return -  Simply email us at contact@saddleseurope.com or by a method you prefer and state -

• Your name and order number.
• Which products you wish to return.
• The reason for return.
• Your preference for a refund or exchange.
• Your intentions for returning the products to us.

Refunds can only be authorised once we have the product physically in our possession.

Refunds are usually issued within 1 - 2 business days.

VAT registered E.U. businesses can avail of zero rated VAT by using one of the following methods -

• Order online and provide a valid VAT number and company name during the checkout process. We will refund the VAT total once verification is complete, usually within one business day.

OR

• Email your order to contact@saddleseurope.com and include your company name and VAT number. Once verification is complete we will invoice you for the order total.

• All trial saddles are sent for FREE.
• All orders under €150 are sent using your countries domestic postal service or DPD courier.
• All orders over €150 are sent for FREE using your countries domestic postal service or DPD courier at a discounted rate of 50%.
• All orders over €400 are sent for FREE. You can choose to use your countries domestic postal service or DPD courier.​

Domestic postal services are available to all E.U. countries. DPD services are subject to availability.​
