SELL YOUR SADDLE SERVICE TERMS.

- Please do honestly make us aware of any defects or facts relevant to your saddle when you submit it for valuation. When your saddle is sent to us it must be at least clean of all dirt and hair.
 

- THERE ARE NO EXTRA OR HIDDEN COSTS. That is to say all advertising costs, upload time, admin costs, packaging costs, the cost of trials, taxes etc are covered by us and are completely separate of your Final Take Home Price.
 

- Whether we are buying your saddle outright or selling on your behalf we will thoroughly check that the saddle is fit for purpose. Should we doubt the saddle’s integrity or the saddle is not as per the details stated then we reserve the right to reappraise the saddle, reappraise the provisional agreed sale price or not sell your saddle. Should the saddle be returned to you at this point it will be your responsibility and at your expense to have the saddle collected.

- After being checked your saddle will be cleaned, photographed, and your saddle will be uploaded, advertised and demonstrated exactly as we advertise and demonstrate our own saddles and at OUR EXPENSE.
 

- We offer a 5 day trial for prospective purchasers to ensure that the saddle is right for them and their horse. All saddles that we sell on behalf of our customers will be subject to the trial service, without exceptions, please make yourself comfortable with this fact prior to sending us your saddle.

- IMPORTANT - WE ONLY MAKE PAYMENT VIA BANK TRANSFER TO THE ORIGINAL NAMED SELLER OF THE SADDLE - THIS IS A SECURITY MEASURE AND IS NOT NEGOTIABLE. When your saddle sells we will use the supplied BIC & IBAN details and we will credit you via bank transfer only. NO CASH!
 

- Should you wish to discontinue with the sale of your saddle then we will require at least 1 weeks notice and we will happily return your saddle. However you will be charged a flat €60 that helps towards the costs associated with the sending for trials, repeat cleaning, administration, photographing, advertising, insurance, storage, utility expenses and of course the return courier fee. This fee must be paid prior to us sending your saddle back to you.
 

- In the very unlikely event of loss or damage Saddles Europe will take up the case with the customer involved and any devaluation or loss will be accepted by Saddles Europe up to but not exceeding the value of the FINAL TAKE HOME PRICE!

These service terms have been written so you have a clear understanding. These words are essentially an agreement as to how we shall proceed in the sale or purchase of your saddle.

Should you feel there is something you would like to add or subtract then please feel free to discuss your point.
 

By sending us your saddle we assume you have read these 'Sell Your Saddle Terms'.
